Jharkhand State Non-Gazetted Employees Federation is an independent, non-official organization dedicated to representing exploited and marginalized state non-gazetted government employees working across various government establishments, particularly those who lack the means or confidence to raise their legitimate grievances and demands before the appropriate authorities. The Federation not only serves as their collective voice but also strives, through collective efforts based on ethical values and the rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India, to secure their rightful entitlements and safeguard their interests.

It is the moral responsibility of the Federation to unite against government policies that are anti-employee, anti-worker, or oppressive in nature, and to protect the constitutional rights of employees through democratic and lawful means. The Federation is committed to promoting justice, fairness, and dignity for every non-gazetted government employee.

In addition, the Federation aims to provide every possible financial, moral, and psychological support to state non-gazetted government employees. It also seeks to enhance their professional competence by facilitating skill development, organizing training programs, and extending necessary guidance and assistance to help them perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

In the present day, government employees are increasingly experiencing mental stress and pressure, both at home and in the workplace. This persistent stress has adversely affected their physical and mental well-being, resulting in a gradual decline in their work efficiency and productivity. Recognizing this growing concern, the Jharkhand State Non-Gazetted Employees Federation considers the provision of logistical support, counselling, and stress management initiatives as one of its key objectives, with the aim of promoting the overall well-being and professional effectiveness of government employees.
